A motor claim can at times be a very distressing experience.  Our purpose is to make the experience as painless as possible by managing the vehicle through every step of the journey. This includes Repair Management, Total Loss Settlement, Salvage Management, Financial Control, Network Management, Complaint Management and Engineering.

Each of these operations are carefully managed and controlled by their dedicated teams to ensure an efficient and customer centric solution. Our innovative bespoke management system Incident 2 Resolution (I2R) ensures that everything happens when it should, as a secure system it protects valuable data.

Our Repair Progress team liaise with allocated repairer’s to ensure timely response and action, getting the vehicle back on the road for customer satisfaction. From Booking-In and Repair Completion through to obtaining the Repair Invoice, we take pride in taking the stress away from customers and policyholders.

Our Total Loss department takes care of Total Loss Settlement and Salvage Management. Through an open and transparent approach we try to walk the customer through this difficult and traumatic journey. I2R ensures everything is recorded and communicated, we are constantly developing our service to ensure the customer has a trouble-free experience.

Financial control at IMS is about taking the pain out of paying suppliers for our clients and their customers. This department carries out invoice processing and vetting; supplier payments and supporting documentation control. Our highly trained team are able to deal with multiple variations of workflows and our automated systems ensure payments are made when they should.

Customer Services

Our customer service department provide a professional management service of complaints for our clients. This team act as a liaison between instructing clients, customers, repairers and salvage agents. Dedicated for the purpose of ensuing the best level of customer service is provided during the claim journey. Our customer service team aim to take the stress away where possible whilst ensuing our instructing clients’ interests are being protected.
