Our team of 9 completed the 5k mud run on Saturday 29th July 2023 and have raised £1,250 so far.
I have never done a race for life, but I will definitely participate again. We all felt the togetherness of those participating and the spectators support was overwhelming.
I conquered my one fear which is climbing (I do not like heights), so even though some obstacles were not particularly high I was actually very pleased with myself!
We all know someone with cancer or has battled cancer and to make that bit of a difference was rewarding in itself.
